Lineup Ninja Proves “Revolutionary” for Content Management at Easyfairs
Connect in Pharma was one of Easyfairs’ first events to pilot the use of Lineup Ninja

Easyfairs have chosen Lineup Ninja to help them manage the content for shows across a number of event portfolios.

An initial tranche of pilot events in early 2023 demonstrated the platform’s usefulness, leading them to start rolling it out across a wider range of shows.

This has delivered benefits to the conference management and marketing teams, with Head of Digital, Imogen Thain commenting:

“As an organiser of a number of industry leading conferences we spend a lot of time curating our agendas and working with stakeholders to offer value to our communities.

Working with Lineup Ninja has been revolutionary for us from a conference management perspective as it streamlines our time and also from a marketing perspective as our users are able to navigate our content with ease.”

Easyfairs use Lineup Ninja as the single source of truth for their events’ speaker and agenda data. From there, they publish the agenda data directly to their shows’ websites, marketing platform Gleanin and matchmaking app Grip .

This saves hours of exporting spreadsheets and re-importing them into other platforms every time there’s a small change to the agenda.

Senior Marketing Manager, James Montero MacColl added:

“It’s been incredibly helpful and timesaving! Our Conference Producers are happier because they can manage the content directly in one place, can message speakers from within the platform to request various bits, and is published on the website immediately.

The Marketing Managers are happy because it can be used as the only source of truth across our website, our app, and even printed materials.”

Initial concerns about colleagues facing a steep learning curve to adopt the new platform were allayed during the pilot events. Imogen Thain explained:

“The team have been incredibly helpful during our onboarding and continue to proactively help us on an ongoing basis. It’s been simple decision to use Lineup Ninja on as many of our brands as possible!”

James Montero MacColl agreed, and highlighted Lineup Ninja’s openness to developing the platform for their specific requirements:

“Overall, the Lineup Ninja is very simple to use, and the team at Lineup Ninja are very receptive to suggestions and continuously developing their product to serve our needs.”

Easyfairs are now exploring more of Lineup Ninja’s features, such as its call-for-speakers tools and digital signage, to derive even more value.

Lineup Ninja Co-founder, Joe Atkinson commented:

“We’re absolutely over the moon to be working with Easyfairs. It’s a huge win for us and a chance to work on some very high profile shows.

They’ve been a dream to work with and they’ve still only scratched the surface of what Lineup Ninja can do, so we’re looking forward to helping them to get more value out of the platform, as well as incorporating their feedback into the product development strategy.

They’ve asked for a few tweaks that have added some nice polish to a few areas of the product, and we’re exploring some major new functionality over the next 6–12 months. Exciting times ahead!”

At the time of writing, Easyfairs have used Lineup Ninja for the following shows:
